Frozen II: Review
January 8, 2020
Frozen II was released on November 22nd, 2019 and now almost 3 months since its release date, it is still being played in most theaters across the country continuing to prove itself as one of the best Disney movies of all time. Over Christmas break, I went to watch the film after hearing about it and I was not disappointed. Seeing the first movie made my experience even better as I was already familiar with the characters and I had an idea of what the storyline already consisted of. Frozen II is a follow up film to its first sequel where the setting of both movies are based in the kingdom of Arendelle. Anna and Elsa maintain their bravery in the second movie to try and save Arendelle as they work together alongside other characters creating just enough suspense to keep viewers on the edge of their seat. This movie should also be commended for balancing out reality and fantasy through the many scenes these two characteristics of life are depicted in. I think that Disney does an excellent job portraying movies like this one as something that everyone can see, rather than just a form of entertainment only open to kids. Frozen II can be enjoyed by toddlers just as much as it can grab the attention of an adult. This movie was one that I would recommend to others and if you are curious as to what you want to watch next time you go to the movies, this you cannot go wrong with.
