History was made at the 63rd Grammy awards this year. Trevor Noah, a comedian, hosted this year’s award show. Harry Styles had the honor of opening the Grammys and performed a laid-back version of his hit ‘ Watermelon Sugar’ while wearing a full leather suit and green boa.

There were several history-making winners at the 63rd Grammy’s.

Beyonce set a new record at the Grammy’s with her 28th win. Four of those wins came from this year’s Grammy’s. She is now the most awarded woman in the Grammy’s history. Alison Krauss was the former holder of the grammy record.

Taylor Swift also made history at this year’s Grammy’s. Taylor Swift became the first woman to win the album of the year three times. Fearless, 1989, and Folklore currently hold album of the year awards.

Blue Ivy Carter, Beyonce’s daughter, became the youngest individually credited Grammy winner for her work on Brown Skin Girl.

This year’s Grammy’s included many energetic performances that are well worth the watch. Dua Lipa, Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Megan Thee Stallion, and Cardi B, and Lil Baby are just some of the few who stole the night with their epic performances.
