The Choctaws took a tough loss on Monday night. Pitcher Garret McKinney for the Cougars dominated the Choctaws only allowing one hit and no runs. Evans did a good job on the mound while only giving up one earned run. The Choctaws bats just did not answer and they had no response to McKinney’s fastball. With the bases loaded, no outs in the top of the 7th, the Choctaws struck out then popped out into a double play at the plate. Final score 3-0
