MLB Lock-out 2022

Trent Wilson

Major League baseball commisoner Rob Manfred canceled the first two series of the regular season after the owners and the MLB players-association failed to reach a new collective bargaining agreement before the league deadline. The two are supposed to meet later this week to work out a deal but if a deal isn’t made then this will be the first time in league history that a schedule was compromised because of a owner. A deal has been made though within the past week that says the bases will be made bigger, there will be shift restrictions, and there will be a pitch clock. These new rules are going to change the game of baseball and not for the good. Baseball is a fun game that is played with your friends but all these new rules make thi sgame boring too watch. All baseball fans are not happy about this and you can expect to see a big drop in people watching MLB baseball.
