How to make Apple Bread

I run a bread baking business where I make custom orders and large quantities of bread. I started this business last school year (2021-2022) in order to make some extra cash for a summer trip I was going on. The first loaf I sold was the day after I had brought my bread to school for an end of school year food day. People tried the bread I baked and said to me “Could you make some bread for me?” That is how it all started. The next four days after that I sold over 300$ worth of product.


So, how to make the bread…….

For this recipe you need ..

  • 3 granny smith or fuji apples
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  1. First off cut up the 3 apples into small cubes and slices. The skin of the apple does not need to be taken off because the skin turns soft during the baking process. Then, put them aside.
  2. Add the sugar,eggs,oil, and vanilla extract to a bowl and whisk til thoroughly combined
  3. Then, in a separate bowl, add the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and whisk it with a fork.
  4. furthermore, mix the wet and dry ingredients until combined and then add the apples til they are event dispersed.
  5. Lastly, add the dough to two 9×5 inch pans and bake them at 300 Fahrenheit for 90 minutes.


There you have it! Apple bread!!!!
