The shocking death of Stephen “tWitch” Boss was reported on the morning of December 14, 2022. tWitch was a well known social personnel who gained popularity as a dancer on the show So You Think You Can Dance and has become a familiar face as the DJ on The Ellen Show DeGeneres Show. After many years of working on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, he was named as an executive producer. He was married to fellow dancer Allison Holker Boss and had three children: Weslie, Maddox, and Zaia. The couple celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary just days before the tragedy occurred. 

His cause of death is confirmed as a suicide and he was pronounced dead at 11:25 a.m. on December 13th in Los Angeles, CA. He was only 40 years old. On the morning of Dec. 13th, Allison frantically appeared at the Los Angeles police department to report her husband had left home without his car, which was “very unlike him.” The police later responded to a shooting reported at a hotel in LA, where Boss was found dead.
