Sometimes life can be impenetrable, but you’re fighting through the desperation I notice.
Your life is so predominant, and so is your mental health.
Many people think showing sentiment is for the fragile, but in my eyes, it’s not.
You are more influential than you think when you cry, and that’s okay.
You project your feelings in your emotions and that is okay. You’re allowed to hurt, to cry, even scream your lungs out till you lose your voice. IT’S OKAY.
I know many people who think they go through things alone, but you will always have that one person to notice your pain when you think you have done a marvelous job hiding it.
If you ever need someone to talk to, REACH OUT. It’s okay
No one should make fun of you or persecute you for wanting higher standards for yourself. YOU ARE ENOUGH!!!
Your body, your mind, your heart, your soul, it all matters.
Take care of yourself. You deserve it.
The warmth, the protection, the endearment others give, take it in YOU DESERVE IT!
Don’t let others change who you want to be.
When you don’t think you do enough, don’t think like that, BECAUSE YOU DO SO MUCH MORE FOR OTHERS THAN NEEDED.
Don’t be so hard on the beautiful/handsome soul you have just because others are.
You’re doing substantial and that IS ENOUGH!
You’re a magnificent brother/sister.
They need you.
We need you!
You may say, “I don’t even know this girl?”, But I can promise you one thing, I will be the one that will notice. I will be the one to take care of you if you ever reach out.
You deserve love and to be cared for. And THAT IS ENOUGH!
So as these days go by, look up and realize you are a blessing to each one of us, even though you may not know a single soul, you will be cared for.
You should NEVER apologize for being you.
YOU ARE ENOUGH!!
