Adam Levine is a 43 year old pop singer who has been a hot topic in the news lately after cheating on his Victoria Secret Angel wife. But first, a little background. He began making music in 1994 with a small band, Kara’s Flowers. This band was later reformed into what’s more well known, Maroon 5. While auditioning different people for their hit song, “Animals”, Levine met his wife, Behati Prinsloo. Behati had been emailing an acquaintance of Levine’s, who later introduced them to each other. As Prinsloo states they, “fell in love over email.” They got together in July of 2012 and they have been together for 10 years. 2 out of the 10 years they were together, they were dating. They never hid their affection for each other. They showed up at events, and were even caught by paparazzi walking together in public. On July 19, 2014 they had their very lavish wedding in Los Cabos, Mexico. Close to 300 people showed up including the rest of Maroon 5 and even Robert Downey Jr. After 2 years of being married, in 2016, Prinsloo had her first baby girl, Dusty Rose Levine. Then nearly 2 years later another daughter was born, Gio Grace Levine. Prinsloo just recently announced her 3rd pregnancy.

They had been living as a happy family until Levine had made the fateful decision to message multiple women inappropriately. He claims, “I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life. In certain instances it became inappropriate. I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family.” He wrote to many women including Alyson Rose, Maryka, and Summer Stroh. All of the women had released the messages between Levine and themselves but none of them came as strong at him as Summer Stroh. Making a tik tok and putting messages between her and Levine in the tiktok, Stroh made sure to let everyone know what Levine had been doing. Stroh and Levine had been flirtatiously messaging for over a year on Instagram. He allegedly had been inappropriately complimenting her, calling her “hot” and commenting on her figure. Stroh claims to not have known that Prinsloo and Levine were still married.  After months of the “affair” he stopped messaging her, only to come back in the near future to ask her a certain question. The messages state, “OK. Serious question. I’m having another baby and it’s a boy, I want to name it Sumner. You ok with that? Dead serious.” Stroh came out during her TikTok and said that she feels “remorseful”, “embarrassed” and “disgusted” with herself that she had let it go on for that long. She apologized to Prinsloo and to her children and wished the best for them and any other women Levine had been messaging. Levine turned towards the reporters in return and said, “My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truley matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together.” Putting all of the events aside, Prinsloo and Levine still have babies to take care of, hopefully they will put the past behind them and continue to create a healthy family to raise their kids in.
